Italian food
Yesterday's dinner, we went to Italian restaurant Marzetti to celebrate Coerts Gewauwel's birthday. A colleague recommended it to Coerts Gewauwel. I had my doubts because I don't crave Italian food.
The service was so-so. We will definitely go there again.

At the supermarket
I went to do the groceries. Why must pushy people just off from work continually step in front of me as I browse for my groceries? At Longos there are always lots of mothers trying to shop while their children ran screaming in many different directions at once.

'The Untold Story of Emmett Louis Till'
I went to the movies yesterday and saw The Untold Story of Emmett Louis Till (with ).
I absolutely loved it!

The plot involved the following: Never-before-seen testimony is included in this documentary on Emmett Louis Till, who, in 1955, was brutally murdered after he whistled at a white woman.

The actors and the director did just a wonderful job.
I disagree with everyone who said they were disappointed with the movie! I absolutely loved it.

An enjoyable movie
I went to the movies last saturday and saw Nine Lives. I expected a truly brilliant movie because I heard a lot of good things about it, and I found it a cool movie.
'Nine Lives' is the best movie from Rodrigo García, but it's not a masterpiece.

The plot involved the following: Nine women endure the travails and disappointments of life.

The direction (by Rodrigo García) was entertaining. Lisa Gay Hamilton did just a fine job. Kathy Baker is amusing too.

I saw 'The Gospel'
Controllerboy and I went to see The Gospel.
Rob Hardy did a terribly cheesy job and the dialog is just terrible as well.

'Lifeline'
Currently spinning: the new Ben Harper & The Innocent Criminals album.

It wasn't for lack of exposure - Musique Machine is a huge fan. Maybe I had completely incorrect assumptions about Ben Harper & The Innocent Criminals.
